These horseshoe worms live at the base of an anemone at China Point, blurrily visible in the background. I believe that this is Phoronis australis, a species that is always found living in association with tube anemones, at shallow depths in tropical oceans worldwide. I asked the crew whether the point was named after the white sand, which looks like broken China. They said no, it was because it was so popular among Chinese divers.
