Horned Sea Pen Shrimp

Dasycaris ceratops

"Ceratops" means "horn face" and sounds like an insult invented by teenagers. Originally the name was applied to a dinosaur, but was also given to this shrimp, Dasycaris ceratops. I believe that his horns are the serrated structure behind his eyes. He lives on detritus that lands on his host.
