Nembrotha kubayara, AKA Variable Neon Slug

Nembrotha kubayara eat tunicates, like the small green tunicates this individual is roaming among, and perhaps eating. Not all individuals sport day-glo rhinophores atop their heads like this one. They're fairly large--this one was about an inch long.
