This skeleton shrimp spends clinging to a hydroid with the handy claw on his tail, waiting to see what delicious snacks might drift past. He reminds me of a Chinese proverb: "A peasant can wait a long time on the side of a hill with his mouth open, waiting for a roast duck to fly in." He is Caprella, a genus that contains about 170 species, according to Wikipedia.
